Abbey Clancy confesses the secret to her fabulous figure

Abbey Clancy has revealed that Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes and horse riding are the key to her covetable slim and toned figure.

The model and wife of footballer Peter Crouch recently went on the record with her fitness secrets whilst talking about her new exercise wear collaboration with sportswear giant Reebok.

Despite the fact the lingerie model is a new mum to second daughter Liberty Rose, she told You Fitness Magazine that she has been keeping up with her fitness regime.

As well as revealing that she regularly takes Pilates classes with her friends – so that they can gossip while they get in a good workout – the Liverpudlian model told You Fitness that one of her top tips was to eat bigger portions and take an extra exercise class before attending a big event.

Clancy also mentioned that, like most other women, she gets insecure about her body sometimes, especially because her job as a lingerie model means that her body is often on show to a large number of people.

It is because of her job that she endeavours to be as mindful as possible about what she eats and how often she takes fitness classes, training and eating in such a way that will still have some feminine curves, whilst also being toned and having washboard abs.

The lingerie model also talked about the fact that she is a very active person, with a great love of the outdoors, specifically taking her horse for a ride in the country.
