Showing off her toned abs and noticeable weight loss a mere five months since having had her first baby, Keibler said that a Paleo-based diet, which is low in cabs yet high in protein and essential fats, and toning Pilates classes not only helped her to shed the excess weight she gained during her pregnancy, but also meant that she could get into even “better shape” than before.

Speaking to The Examiner, the ex-wrestler said:

“My diet – during and after pregnancy – was the major reason I was able to shed the baby weight. My abs are in better shape now than before I got pregnant!”

Keibler also sang the praises of bone broth in a post on her blog, which she stated she drinks often. She also claimed:

“Bone broth helps heal and seal your gut, promoting healthy digestion. And the gelatin in it strengthens your hair and nails, too.”

Not surprisingly, fitness fan Keibler even exercised whilst she was pregnant, fitting in Pilates classes, walking, hiking, and ballet workouts into almost every day that she was carrying her child to term. She was also lucky enough not to experience any cravings during her pregnancy, which undoubtedly gave her a head start in ditching her baby weight once her child was born.
