Bollywood star Jacqueline Fernandez reveals her fitness regime

Jacqueline Fernandez has disclosed that Pilates forms an important part of her fitness regime.

Like most actors and celebrities, Jacqueline Fernandez leads a busy life but still manages to eat well and work out regularly. During an interview with Manjusha Radhakrishnan, who is the Chief Reporter for Gulf News, when asked what her go-to salad and exercise regime was, she said:

“I love a kale salad; it’s amazing for your skin. I love to do yoga, Pilates and jumping rope. I carry my skipping rope everywhere with me.”

Following a solid fitness regime and eating healthily helps Fernandez to stay in shape and find the extra energy needed to perform the high tempo dance routines that she is well known for.

She, and many other celebrities, across the world are encouraging other people to follow their example.
