Brook shows off risqué Pilates look

Model and actress Kelly Brook is known for her curvy figure, but she has recently taken on a new fitness regime in order to get even more toned for summer.

As well as following the Atkins diet, Brook has taken up a number of new activities as part of a vow to achieve her ideal summer body. One of the things that the 35-year-old is doing to achieve this look is taking Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, and she recently shared a rather risqué picture of herself kitted out in a rather low-cut Pilates outfit.

The English actress posted the selfie, in which she was wearing a bright pink sports bra and figure hugging tie-dye leggings, on her Instagram page, along with the caption:

“Pilates Wednesday Lets Gooooo.”

Another snap posted by the celeb was captioned:

“Monkey #Pilates #DancersBody #Flexibilty Its been a while Ouchy.”

This photo featured the actress in a tough leg-stretching pose.

Brook has also been posting pictures of her Atkins-based meals, including a mug of vegetable bouillon, which she ate in order to stave off the ketosis symptoms that are often experienced by people starting out on the low-carb diet.

Judging by the pictures taken of Brook in California, where she was looking trim and toned in a form-fitting polka dot top, her diet is already paying off. Even the model herself has commented that she believes that her body has changed for the better since she has embarked on her new healthy regime.
