Pilates popularity set to continue in 2010 fitness trend
Projected worldwide fitness trends were released in a global survey conducted by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) published in its November to December journal, which showed that the requirement for qualified fitness professionals is still in high demand globally and set to continue into 2010.

Sarah Michelle Gellar does pre- and post-natal Pilates
Sarah Michelle Gellar gave birth to her beautiful baby on the 19th September this year, and just two months later is the talk of the media as she stepped out looking slim and svelte already. At 32 years old, how did she do it?
According to US Magazine:
“No official word on how she shed the pounds, but she did 55-minute Pilates sessions up to three times a week with trainer Alycea Ungaro to stay fit while pregnant.”
