			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Miranda Kerr recently let the world in on her beauty secret. Anyone who has seen recent pictures of the Australian model will know just how fit and toned she is looking at present and she was kind enough to share her methods.</p>
<p>Miranda revealed that<span id="more-881"></span> she keeps in such fantastic shape by practicing yoga every morning, alongside <a href="http://www.live-pilates.co.uk/pilates-classes"><img src="/favicon.ico" alt="Pilates classes in pilates classes pilates classes " width="16" height="16" class="alinks_links" />pilates classes</a> and a healthy diet. These three things alone have allowed her to tone her already fabulous body to staggering effect.</p>
<p>The sensational model recently stripped off for a sizzling Victoria’s Secret photo shoot, where she posed in some very skimpy lingerie and it was evident that she had been putting in a lot of work because her body has never been more toned. The model posed with a washboard stomach and curves to die for as she frolicked in the sunshine for all to see.</p>
<p>Miranda has recently turned 29 and she revealed that, as she gets older, she is starting to pay more attention to her diet and exercise regime, in order to stave off the weight gain which so often comes with age. She told reporters that yoga and pilates classes were perfect because they are fairly low impact, kept the weight off and toned the muscles.</p>
<p>Not only does she make sure she gets in at least 30 minutes of yoga and pilates a day, but she also eats a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and few carbs, to ensure she stays slim – a combination which is certainly proving effective.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hilary Duff, who recently gave birth to her first child, Luca Cruz, has recently talked about how difficult she is finding it to shed the post-baby weight that she is carrying. The star was super fit during her pregnancy, attending regular <a href="http://www.live-pilates.co.uk/pilates-classes"><img src="/favicon.ico" alt="Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes " width="16" height="16" class="alinks_links" />Pilates classes</a> throughout, but she still put on a few more pounds than she would have liked and is now faced with the difficult task of getting back into shape.<span id="more-855"></span></p>
<p>The actress and singer has once again turned to Pilates classes to help her get back to her Hollywood best and has been attending classes in Los Angeles on a regular basis.</p>
<p>As well as her daily Pilates classes, the former Disney star is also making regular visits to the gym where she is working hard on the elliptical machines in a bid to win her figure back. She told reporters that the elliptical machine is 20 minutes of pure hell and she would much rather attend a long Pilates class but as she is struggling, she is doing as much as she can to get back to normal.</p>
<p>Hilary Duff loves to keep her fans updated on her life via Twitter and she has been documenting her struggles with exercise and weight loss for all to see. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pop Queen Madonna recently told reporters that she was so worried about her upcoming world tour, she was working harder than ever before to ensure that nothing is left to chance so that she puts on the best show of her life.</p>
<p>The singer, whose world tour kicks off in Israel on 12th May, has been working so hard to get into shape that she has been putting herself through a punishing regime of Cardio, Pilates and dance, along with<span id="more-853"></span> regularly skipping with a rope.</p>
<p>Not only has she been pushing her body to the limits with Pilates and dance, but she even managed to break a finger as she tried to ensure that the choreography for the show was perfect. She told reporters that she has never been more determined to ensure that her fans are satisfied and she is certainly pulling out all of the stops to ensure that they will be wowed by her set.</p>
<p>Madonna said her upcoming tour would be a feast for both the eyes and ears and that she is pushing for the most spectacular show she can. If all of her efforts are an indicator, then it surely will be a magnificent show. However, Madonna admitted that her children are not always impressed with her efforts and are, in fact, her toughest crowd &#8211; always willing to let their mum know what they think about her music, however painful that may be.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>American swimmer Natalie Coughlin broke a world record when she became the first American woman to be awarded 6 Olympic medals in one Olympics. Of course, no one gets to be an Olympic gold medallist without some serious training and Natalie is certainly one of the fittest women you are ever likely to meet.<span id="more-840"></span></p>
<p>Ahead of the Summer Olympics in London, Natalie is training hard and she has created an intense regime which she hopes will put her in peak condition for the games. One of the things that Natalie really enjoys is Pilates. She told reporters that she starts her exercise regime with a Pilates warm up every day at 5am. The Pilates exercises help her to stretch her muscles before she moves on to more intense exercise and they have also helped her to tone up even more than usual.</p>
<p>After her 5am Pilates session, Natalie hits the pool for a couple of hours and then moves on to an intense 90 minute weight lifting workout which helps to improve her strength.</p>
<p>Natalie is a hearty eater and after her intense workouts, she loves nothing more than cooking up a hearty meal – her favourite being risotto. As she exercises so much, she must ensure that she consumes enough energy to sustain her and she loves to make her own energy bars using dry plums – one of her favourite flavours – which she uses whenever she needs a quick pick me up.</p>

<p>In a recent tweet, Miley said:</p>

<p>She has since been spotted leaving a Pilates studio in LA on several occasions, proving that she really does enjoy her daily dose of Pilates.</p>
<p>Miley is not the only celebrity who has taken to Pilates to keep fit in recent months. It seems that everyone from Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy and actress Gwyneth Paltrow to Pippa Middleton, sister of Kate Middleton, enjoy regular Pilates classes, not only to tone their bodies, but also to give them peace of mind.</p>
<p>For example, Melissa McCarthy was heard saying before the Oscars that she used Pilates to keep her calm when waiting to see if she would scoop one of the prestigious awards.</p>
<p>There is no denying that Pilates is really doing wonders for Miley, as she has never looked more toned and happy than she does now. It is even rumoured that Miley has been trying to get her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth to attend a few Pilates classes with her, although he hardly needs it – he too is looking more toned than ever. Perhaps he has already tried out a few Pilates exercises for himself?</p>
