Fitness model talks exercise

Christine Bullock, a model who also teaches yoga and Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, recently gave an interview in which she talked about her exercise regimen.

She also emphasised the importance of taking a balanced approach to fitness.

In the interview with Keeping Fit, Bullock told reporters that she is constantly preaching about balance to her father, who was once a cross-country coach who ran almost every day for 36 years.

She said:

“I’m like, ‘Dad you need to be doing Pilates to start re-balancing your body.’ That was something he should have been doing the whole time and let’s just say he would have had a more enjoyable running experience at this point.”

The 32-year-old model and Pilates teacher was named Hottest Trainer of 2013 in LA last year, thanks to her balanced approach to exercise and the way she uses a variety of different techniques to maintain peak fitness. She also spoke about how she listens to her body and takes into account its needs each day, mixing it up depending on how she feels.

Sometimes the model goes for long runs on the beach, while at others she concentrates on weight training. The former ballerina also told reporters that she likes to take part in more exciting exercises, such as paddle-boarding and hiking.

Of course, Bullock makes plenty of time for yoga and Pilates classes as well. She told Keeping Fit that it is Pilates that taught her all about physical balance, and yoga that gave her the mental equilibrium to keep doing what she does.
