Kate Hudson wowed spectators at the Golden Globes recently thanks to her extremely fit physique, but now she has revealed exactly how she got into such great shape.

The blonde actress and daughter of Goldie Hawn looked stunning as she walked the red carpet of the Golden Globes in a revealing Versace dress. However, she stunned commentators by revealing that her toned physique is not the result of hours of exercise, but simple 20-minute sessions.

There is no doubt that 35-year-old Hudson stole the show at the Golden Globes in her white gown with plunging neckline and cut out sides, which revealed her amazing body. She wore natural make-up, kept her hair simple by merely having it drawn back in a bun, and wore little in the way of accessories to achieve the classic Versace look.

Speaking about her exercise regime, the celeb said:

“I’m a big believer in doing 20 minutes of exercise a day. I love skipping with a rope because it’s one of the hardest cardio exercises you can do, but it’s so easy. I do three sets of three minutes; I’m always shocked at how sweaty I get.”

She also told US Weekly that she likes to get exercise over and done with as early in the morning as possible.

According to Shape Magazine, who spoke with her Pilates instructor, Hudson also takes Pilates classes three times a week, often after a mile-long run.
