Star of the hit ITV show I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Fleur East has revealed that Pilates is an important part of her regime for staying fit and healthy.

The 31-year-old became famous after appearing on The X Factor in 2014. After finishing second, she went on to sign a record contract, but her music didn’t do as well as expected in the charts. However, she has not let this setback slow her down. As a result, she took up the challenge of appearing in the jungle, where she made it through to the last four.

East impressed everyone with her positive attitude and it was clear from the way she handled the physical challenge that she is extremely fit. East says she has always been into fitness and when it comes to workouts, she likes to mix things up. She dances a lot, enjoys high-intensity training, lifting weights and TRX.

East is also a fan of Pilates reformer classes, which is one reason she has such a strong core. Something that attendees at Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes from Pilates classes in Rawtenstall pilates classes Rawtenstall and elsewhere also benefit from. Before each exercise, the core musculature is stabilised, including the abdominals, glutes and paraspinal muscles. Controlled movements are then initiated, during which the core muscles remain engaged, which produces phenomenal results.

The singer has exercised from a young age, which has also helped. Before breakfast, East said that her dad her to:

“do push-ups in the morning before we brushed our teeth, from the age of eight.”

Studies show that children who exercise usually continue to do so into adulthood.
