Jesinta Campbell ramps up fitness regime ahead of David Jones runway show

Model Jesinta Campbell has been working hard to get her body catwalk ready ahead of the David Jones runway show, in which she is set to participate.

Jesinta has cut out all refined sugars and alcohol and has stepped up her exercise regime to include five Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes per week. The model has also significantly increased the amount of water she drinks, admitting that she is extremely nervous about her part in the event, which is taking place on August 3rd.

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the model said that the pressure of flaunting her figure on the runway in a bikini was starting to affect her. She said:

“I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t get nervous before the show. But the pressure mainly comes from myself… I’ve always had Pilates in my workout regimen but just recently I’ve started doing it five times a week.”

Jesinta also took part in last year’s edition of the David Jones runway show. Ahead of that event, she undertook a gruelling nine-week regime, giving up alcohol, eating healthy food and exercising to the max – a strategy that clearly worked for her as she was the star of the show, thanks to her perfect abs and because she was “in the best shape of her life.”

So, it is hardly surprising that the stunning 24-year old has opted for another tough regime ahead of this year’s event.
