Kate Hudson itching to return to Pilates following childbirth

Within two weeks of giving birth to her daughter, Kate Hudson has shared her desire to get back to her regular exercise routine with her fans.

The American actress posted a photo of herself, which was taken before her pregnancy, with the hashtag “#CantWaitToGetBackInTheRing.” While pregnant, she took a break from her intense Pilates workouts.

This May, in an interview with People Magazine, she explained that during this particular pregnancy, she felt she needed to take things easy. However, this did not mean that she did not exercise at all. She told the reporter:

“I’m doing a lot of walking; I’m doing some amazing prenatal yoga that I’m loving, which I’ve never done with my pregnancies. So this is a first and it’s been amazing, but slow and steady.”

For most of her life, the actor has been a fan of Pilates. She discovered it when she was 19 years old and has been doing it ever since.
