Kate Hudson reveals Pilates as go-to workout

American Actress Kate Hudson has revealed that Pilates is an important part of her life, stating that it is her workout routine of choice.

Hudson is primarily known for her acting career, however, she is also becoming more known for her fitness. She regularly shares pictures of herself working out via social media. This year, on “Pilates’ day”, she shared a snap of herself mastering one of the more strenuous moves.

Therefore, it comes to no surprise to her fans to learn that the exercise is her go-to workout. This is something that she stated in an interview with Women’s Health recently. Over the years, the Deepwater Horizon actress has mentioned this fact in many interviews. For example, when she spoke to Claire Connors from Shape about how she stays fit, this is what she said about Pilates:

“It’s the workout my body really responds to. It’s all about alignment, elongating your spine, and strengthening your core. It makes me feel my strongest. Pilates is always challenging.”

Hudson’s mother, Goldie Hawn, is also a fan of Pilates. When she and Kurt Russell recently sold their home, it was revealed that it had a large gym and Pilates room.
