Kate Middleton recently stepped out for her first public engagement since giving birth to the future king of England and, when she did, she really turned heads with her surprisingly slender body for a woman who had given birth only six weeks prior.

According to sources close to the Duchess of Cambridge, her post-baby body is all down to a combination of antenatal Pilates and swimming, now that baby George has been born.

Kate, 31, has always been known for her slender and toned body, but few people would be able to look as good as her in such a short amount of time after having a baby. Sources say she is a determined woman and has been working really hard in the gym.

She has also reportedly taken up running. This, in conjunction with her Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes and swimming regime during the pregnancy, has enabled her to get back into skinny jeans fairly quickly.

Speaking of Kate’s body beautiful, a close friend of the Duchess said:

“Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym, which helps in bouncing back. Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant. It’s really helped her lose weight. Kate is keen to get back to her old self, but she’s doing everything in moderation.”

The Duchess has also told reporters that she would love to do some walking in order to get back to her post-baby figure and with the determination she shows, there is little doubt she will succeed.
