A slim, toned Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Luke Worral were pictured last week leaving a Pilates class in Los Angeles.
It’s thought that the celebrity, who has famously caught the Pilates bug, has been taking along fiancé Luke to her classes.
Kelly, 25, has lost over a stone thanks to dancing and twice weekly sessions of Pilates, but she is not the only celebrity to have recently felt the benefits of Pilates classes.
Actress Jennifer Garner, has maintained her long, lean look with Pilates after the birth of her second child to husband Ben Affleck, in January 2009. She has said that she is up at 6 am each morning for a Pilates session, which gives her the energy boost she needs to get her through the day.
American television personality and Dancing with the Stars winner Brooke Burke is also a devotee, and has been doing Pilates for over 8 years. She says that the exercises helped to strengthen her back, and also have easier deliveries for her children Heaven and Shaya.
Pilates is an ideal exercise for anybody and is even safe for pregnant women, as it will not place any strain on the back or the joints. Core muscles around the stomach, pelvis and lower back will be strengthened, which can make for an easier pregnancy and delivery. Post-natal Pilates can also help you to regain your figure and improve your posture.
People everywhere are feeling the benefits of Pilates, and wherever you are there will be a Pilates class close to you. Qualified instructors offer Pilates throughout Ribble Valley in
Lancashire and all over the UK.
