Khloe Kardashian does Pilates down under

Khloe Kardashian has recently revealed a 2.5 stone weight loss – and it turns out that Pilates is one of the secrets to her new look.

The reality TV star recently revealed some of what she’s been doing to

slim down her famously curvy frame, including Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, resistance bands, deadlifts and cardio, and she was recently spotted partaking in a Pilates class on a recent trip to Sydney, Australia.

Of course, her trip was not all work and no play, and the sister of Kim Kardashian was also spotted quaffing expensive champagne at Neil Perry’s fine dining institute.

Khloe was in Sydney with her film crew, who were shooting her trip for the popular E! TV show ‘Keeping Up with The Kardashians’ – the show that follows the daily lives of the famous Kardashian family.

Locals were stunned when they heard the reality TV favourite was dining in the popular West Sydney café, Juicy Goose, where she stopped for breakfast.

According to the café’s owner, Christian Muller, Khloe was extremely polite during her visit. He told Celebrity Health and Fitness:

“I’ve never watched the show but a few of the staff do so we were all a bit shocked

“We got a call the previous day from someone asking if it would be okay to film a segment for a reality TV show there.

“I said; “Sure no problem”. I never thought it would be the Kardashians.”

Khloe ate scrambled eggs, coffee and toast as she dined with her best friend Malika Haqq at the popular café, proving that you can eat well and maintain a fine figure if you do plenty of exercise too.
