Kylie Minogue’s Pilates body

Pint-sized pop star Kylie Minogue has credited her fantastically fit and toned body mainly to Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes and a few sessions at the gym.

The 44 year old singer, and one time Neighbours actress, told reporters that she has very little discipline when it comes to her exercise regime. However, she said Pilates classes and a healthy balanced diet have helped her to maintain her world famous physique.

She told The Sun Online:

“I do Pilates. And when I’m staying in a hotel sometimes go to the gym. But I don’t overdo it.”

She also talked about her struggles with discipline when it comes to exercise and how she wished she could be the type of woman who relishes getting up early in the morning to exercise – but it’s clear that whatever she’s doing works.

As well as Pilates, Kylie likes to take time out to go snowboarding in the winter months and she maintains a healthy diet packed with fish and green vegetables year-round, to ensure that her figure stays fat free and toned at all times. She told reporters:

“For lunch I might have grilled fish with veggies, and if Andres is in town, we tend to go a bit Spanish for dinner – and have something like a piece of tuna on a green salad.”

Kylie still looks much younger than her 45 years of age and it is clear her rather relaxed regime of Pilates, gym and healthy eating is doing the trick – which just goes to prove that you don’t have to spend every waking hour working out to achieve a celebrity body.
