NEW FOR MAY – MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION 8 WEEK COURSE – WAKE UP TO YOUR LIFE

I will be starting 8 week courses in Mindfulness at the Sanctuary of Healing.

Wednesday 9th May at 10.30 am – 1.00 pm

Thursday 10th May at 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm

These are 2 – 2 1/2 hr sessions incorporating small group discussions, relevant topics on mindfulness and guided meditation.
