This serene haven of tranquillity must be one of the best kept secrets in the Ribble Valley. The peaceful and tranquil setting reflects the therapies and relaxed atmosphere inside. There is also a delicious organic café where you can relax and meet friends after class in front of the blazing wood burner.
There is free parking available in the front of the building.
Directions: Off the A59 at Longsight Nursery you turn into Thy Rydings. Bear right towards The Dales. After 50yds bear right again down an un-made side road. The Sanctuary is immediately in front of you on the left. Park in the car park and follow the path to the back door

Foxfields Country Hotel is situated just off the A59, Billington near Whalley in the heart of the picturesque Ribble Valley. We use one of the many conference rooms for our classes which are carpeted, warm and relaxing. The facility also boasts a health and leisure suit where our clients can have a swim for a small cost of £3.50 either before or after class. The pool closes at 10.00 pm.
