Pilates gives boyband heartthrob a leg-up

Harry Styles is taking up Pilates to improve his posture, the Daily Mirror has reported.

The One Direction superstar has previously taken yoga and ballet classes in a bit to sort out his bad back, and now he is taking Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes in a bid to correct the problems caused by his legs, which a source has suggested are not the same length.

An osteopath has reportedly told Styles that Pilates would be a good exercise to try in a bid to straighten out his issues, so he has been attending Pilates classes for the past year and a half, and it appears to be working for him.

A source told The Mirror:

“It’s really had a huge impact on his stature and he stands much straighter. He seems to stand an inch taller now. He was amazed at the results. If he hadn’t done anything about it, the slouch could have got worse over time but the Pilates classes really do seem to be helping.”

The singer was advised to do a minimum of one Pilates class per week, but due to his hectic schedule, he has just been trying to fit a class in when and where he can.

According to a source, the classes have seen him make a considerable improvement, albeit a gradual one.

Styles attends the same Pilates class as Tottenham Hotspur footballer Harry Kane, so the two 22-year-old Harrys are proving that Pilates has many benefits for all manner of people.
