Pilates helps Kelly Osbourne lose one stone

Kelly Osbourne is taking part in Dancing With The Stars in the US, and as part of her training she is doing two one-hour sessions of Pilates per week.

Thanks to hours of dancing as well as Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, Kelly Osbourne announced in Closer Magazine that she has lost one stone in only three weeks.

Kelly is now a size 8/10 compared to her previous 12/14 and commented:

“I’ve almost lost a full stone already, I’m so excited! By the end of it I’ll be a lean, mean machine.  It’s so amazing.”

Kelly also commented on her two weekly hour-long Pilates sessions:

“I’ve never felt so healthy. Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I’m even starting to get muscles on my tummy – it’s incredible. I’ve become totally obsessed with pilates, everyone should try it.”

Kelly is dancing with partner Louis Van Amstel and said her boyfriend, model Luke Worrall will be delighted if she gets into dancing because he loves dancing and she has never liked to dance with him as she felt too unconscious.  Now, thanks to her dancing experience and Pilates, Kelly’s new-found confidence in her body may change all that now.
