Multitalented American media personality Wendy Williams has recently revealed the secrets to her startling 50lb weight loss.

The 51-year-old host of ‘The Wendy Wiliams Show’, among other things, has revealed that a combination of Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, cardio exercise and a vegan diet is what has helped her shed the pounds.

Williams dropped from 195lb to a much more svelte 145lb, and has put most of that down to a diet free from eggs, dairy and refined sugars.

Williams, who was preciously an emotional eater, has managed to bring discipline to her diet and it has certainly paid off. Speaking to US Magazine, she said:

“I don’t love food as much as I used to. I’ve picked up on other great habits like juicing.”

Williams now eats plenty of beans, tomatoes, green peppers and onions. She snacks on healthy kale chips instead of potato chips and drinks coconut water.

Exercise has also been vital to her dramatic weight loss and in a Q&A video chat she told viewers that her weight loss secret was “lots of cardio and Pilates”, but she has also been very upfront in admitting that she underwent a liposuction procedure to kick off her healthier living regime.

She has also spoken out about the fact that she no longer believes in putting oneself on a crash diet, preferring the slow and steady method of eating healthier foods, doing more exercise and generally living a healthier lifestyle.
