I discovered exercise 20 years ago and I’ve never looked back!!
As an over weight child/young adult I soon found the benefits of a great exercise programme the best one being how much it contributed to my weight loss (3 stones) and subsequent maintenance of my weight I have been a healthy weight now for 20 years.
More recently I have experienced the benefits that pilates can bring. Having hurt my back in a minor road accident two years ago I took up pilates on medical recommendation and within a month I could feel the difference it was making to my aches and pains in my neck and back. In addition I was surprised at the other benefits I was seeing the best being a more toned tummy and a stronger core which has helped me during my half marathon training too.
I love pilates and exercise so much I decided to become qualified so that I could share the benefits and my enthusiasm with others. As a busy Mum of two girls, working full time I know how difficult it can be to fit exercise in to a hectic schedule but I know what a huge difference it makes to my life come to a class and let me show you!!
