Sadie Frost, Pilates and a mysterious green juice

Although arguably more famous for being the ex-wife of both Spandau Ballet’s Gary Kemp and dishy actor Jude Law, Sadie Frost is forging a career as a designer, and recently spilled the beans on the secret to her slim, healthy look.

Frost, 45, told of the concoction that she drinks each morning – a brew of pineapple, avocados, kale, spirulina, omega oils and a protein powder. However, she doesn’t credit her trim figure solely to her daily dose of the drink, and credits much of it to her active lifestyle which includes regular Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes. She said:

“I do yoga, a Power Plate session, a Pilates class and a training session with my sister Holly Davidson every week.”

The ex-actress, who starred in many famous music videos such as Pulp’s ‘Common People’ as well as Bram Stoker’s Dracula, said:

Frost had a son, Finlay, with Gary Kemp and had three children with Jude law – sons Rafferty and Rudy, and daughter Iris. However, she has managed to maintain her figure thanks to post natal Pilates classes, which focused on her core muscles surrounding the tummy, pelvic area and lower back.

Despite such a healthy lifestyle, she admits to one vice – chocolate.
