American songstress Selena Gomez was recently photographed leaving a Pilates session in Beverly Hills, California.

Gomez looked fit and well and was dressed in a simple white t-shirt and black shorts. She also had a black sweatshirt that said ‘Sinner’ on the sleeve, wrapped around her shoulders. She was also carrying a bible.

Over the past few years, she has spoken more about her Christian faith and has started to perform worship songs. In 2016, she sang at Hillsong Church’s Young & Free Revival Concert, which was held in Los Angeles.

The young singer has been a fan of Pilates for several years. She has regularly been seen at hot Pilates workout sessions in Los Angeles. The gym she works out in is kept at around 35°C. However, the class she was spotted leaving recently was not a specialised hot Pilates session.

In 2017, the 25 year-old singer had a kidney transplant, after complications from Lupus meant that hers were failing. Her best friend Franica Rasia was the donor. To make sure that she recovers fully, the young singer decided to take a year off. She also decided to prioritise her health, something she explained to Katherine Langford from Harper’s Bazaar, when she said:

“I want to make sure I’m healthy. If that’s good, everything else will fall into place.”

Clearly for her, like so many people who attend Pilates classes in Pilates classes in Preston pilates classes Pilates classes in Preston, and other locations around the world, exercise is important.
