Shanina Shaik reveals that Pilates helps her stay super fit

Victoria´s Secret model, Shanina Shaik, clearly works hard to maintain here stunning figure. She recently revealed how she stays in shape.

During an interview with a reporter from Who magazine, she explained that she really likes to exercise.

The Good American ambassador enjoys meeting up with friends for regular workouts. She finds that doing so helps to keep her motivated and accountable, which encourages her to exercise regularly.

During the Snapchat interview she explained that she likes to train in a range of ways. The stunning model said:

“I like to mix it up as well – Pilates, yoga, gym sessions and a steam. I rarely do weights as I find it bulks me up too much.”
