Stacy Keibler does Pilates while pregnant

Being eight months pregnant hasn’t slowed Stacy Keibler down. George Clooney’s ex was pictured working out with a Pilates reformer with just a month to go until the birth of her baby girl.

Despite being heavily pregnant, Stacy still works out every day and recently posted a picture of herself on Twitter, which showed her completing a tough Pilates routine with the help of Nonna Gleyzer, her instructor.

Stacy is using the Pilates reformer to keep her in good shape throughout her pregnancy and beyond.

The star accompanied the picture of her pregnant Pilates workout with the caption:

“The roll down: great move & safe 4 pregnancy! Perfect stretch to help loosen upper back & tight deltoids @bodybynonna.”

Despite the very late stage of her pregnancy, the photo showed Stacy looking extremely trim and toned in a pair of figure-hugging leggings and a bright pink top. Her hair was scraped into a messy bun and her Pilates instructor Nonna was right by her side, ensuring that she carried out the exercises safely.

Talking about Stacy’s fitness regime, her instructor told People:

“She wants to be as healthy and as strong as possible for her baby. The focus is on keeping her body strength and also keeping her body aligned.”

Stacy also told people that her Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes and healthy eating regimen had helped to keep her energy levels up and had stopped her from being sick for even a single day throughout her pregnancy.
