Just wanted to say a BIG THANKS from both of us for the effort you put into the last five days. You worked hard to inflict maximum pain and suffering on us all, which for some strange twisted reason was great fun!! We must be masochists to do it, but it was amazing to see everyone break through their own personal fitness ceilings and achieve more than they ever thought possible. I’m sure we have all benefited from the experience, even though we’re now knackered and need a few days in bed to recover!!

To anyone who has tried all conventional treatments for back pain with little or no success, I would highly recommend that you try Pilates. Having lost muscle tone and suffering from poor posture I am finding Charlotte’s classes are a gently way of mobilising joints and muscles without causing any discomfort. I know I am in safe hands and at last getting some relief from back pain. Thanks Charlotte.
