The secrets to Rita Ora’s physique revealed

Rita Ora is known for many things – she’s a singer, a onetime X Factor Judge and the ex-girlfriend of Rob Kardashian. Furthermore, she is also known for her extremely healthy, toned physique, and the British singer recently revealed exactly what it is she does to keep herself in good shape.

The 25-year old singer and actress recently revealed that healthy eating, strict portion control and Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes are the main things that help her stay in shape.

However, Rita also admits to having the occasional cheat day, where she will let herself go a bit wild and eat all of the things she wouldn’t normally have, including sugar-laden fizzy drinks, which are apparently one of her biggest guilty pleasures.

The popular singer travels quite often and she has said that it can be tough to eat right whilst on the road. Despite this, she does her best, often opting for a smoothie and eggs for breakfast, and salmon and chicken for lunch.

She also told Cosmopolitan that she practices the habit of eating only half of what is on her plate, which means she can eat the foods she desires without it having a detrimental effect on her health.

By eating well most of the time, and taking part in regular Pilates classes, Rita is able to treat herself at dinner time often indulging in truffle pasta or pizza, and looking at her, it is clear that a healthy, balanced approach to life, with all things in moderation is working well for the svelte star.
