Victoria’s Secret model achieves desired look with Pilates

Behati Prinsloo, 25, has been speaking about just how she maintains her famous figure ahead of the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The model is getting ready to take part in the event on the 2nd December in London. Speaking to OK!, she said:

“When it’s a month away, I try to do something active every day and focus on nutrition. Right now, I’m trying to eliminate bread – that’s always my big problem.”

Prinsloo also spoke about her exercise regime, saying that although some of the girls choose to do Zumba or boxing, she prefers yoga and Pilates, because they help to produce long, lean muscles. She also takes part in running and weight lifting to help maintain her pin-up body.

Prinsloo is married to Adam Levine of Maroon 5 and she told reporters that she likes to work out with him, because he motivates her a lot. She told OK! that he is also very active, which makes for a fun relationship.

Although the model takes her exercise regime very seriously, some of her fellow Victoria’s Secret models, including Alessandra Ambrosio, take it even further by working out with a personal trainer twice a day in the run up to a big event like the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Ambrosio is also said to give up solid food for nine days before the show, consuming only liquids until 12 hours prior to the event. However, the Brazilian is also reportedly a big fan of Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes.
