Wendy Williams’ Pilates Secrets

Ex radio presenter and current talk show host Wendy Williams has been spilling about the exercise regime that keeps her looking so fit and young – and it turns out that her secret is none other than Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes.

Williams spilt the beans about her Pilates classes on her extremely popular talk show, The Wendy Williams Show, which has American viewers tuning in in their droves. Williams, who is also a bestselling author, invited Pilates trainer to the stars, Ann Pelino, on to her show. They showed off some of the most popular Pilates moves used by the Hollywood elite, including Megan Fox, Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz, who are all Pilates fanatics.

Wendy Williams told viewers that she favours Pilates because it is a very low impact exercise which gives her the same pleasant sensation experienced when stretching. Williams herself took to the mat to demonstrate some classic Pilates poses. She used a magic circle, reformer and Pilates ball to show viewers some of her favourite moves, which she uses to keep toned.

Wendy also told viewers that she takes private Pilates classes with a trainer because she hates having to keep up with the class, much preferring to do her Pilates routine at her own pace, while Ann Pelino told the audience that anyone can do Pilates – no matter what their fitness levels may be – when using a reformer. Wendy then told the audience that if she can do it, they can do it too. With so many different Pilates workouts available, she is absolutely right – anyone can do it.
