Wonder Woman actress rises to the challenge in Pilates workout

Gal Gadot, best known for her role in Wonder Woman, was spotted leaving a Pilates class in the Beverley Hillis area of Los Angeles last week.

Gadot, from Israel, is not just a beautiful face known for her superhero role but is also a singer, martial artist and model. While her most recent role is Wonder Woman, she has also starred in some of the Fast and Furious movies. She won Miss Israel in 2004, served in the IDF for two years and gave birth to her daughter when she was 26.

It may be a couple years since Wonder Woman first filmed but there is no doubt that the 34 year- old has maintained her strong, toned physique. She left her Pilates class in a black vest top and leggings combination. However, she still made a statement with the phrase ‘No matter how you move always rise’ across her front. Given her long list of achievements, perhaps this saying is an insight into not only how she does a workout but also how she approaches life.

Pilates is a great workout for general wellbeing, fitness and toning. When done with the help of a qualified instructor, it can help improve circulation, muscle strength and tone and improve general tissue health. It’s a great opportunity to still the mind as well as strengthen the body, making this a truly holistic workout.
