Khloe Kardashian’s Pilates stress relief

Khloe Kardashian has been speaking a lot about the fact that she is unable to have kids at the moment. Not only that, but her husband’s charity is currently under investigation for not passing on money to Cancer Research. It is safe to say that the reality TV star is really under pressure. However, she’s taking it all in her stride, and she recently took to Twitter to tell followers that she is busy taking tough Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes in order to de-stress and stay relaxed.

On 1st April, she tweeted:

“I am in so much pain but I keep going back! Pilates, I might curse at you but once I’m done I always thank you.”

Khloe recently lost around 20 pounds and is looking slimmer than ever, and it seems that Pilates classes may well have played a big part in that too. Pilates is well-known for toning the body and helping women drop the pounds. Judging by her comments, Khloe has been hitting Pilates classes hard for maximum results.

Khloe is desperate to get pregnant, but she spoke about trying to remove the focus from pregnancy in her life on ‘Kourtney and Kim Take Miami’ recently. It seems that Pilates classes are the perfect way for her to do so at present.

She currently takes medication to thicken her uterine lining, which will help her to carry a child. Pilates classes will obviously make her fitter and stronger, which should help her out too, so hopefully it won’t be long before she joins her sisters in motherhood.
