Kim Kardashian slims down with Pilates

Reality superstar Kim Kardashian took to Twitter recently to reveal a much slimmer look.

The TV personality is renowned for her curvy, voluptuous figure, but has lost a lot of weight after giving birth to her first child, whose father is global hip hop artist Kanye West.

Last month, Kim used social media site Twitter to show off her fantastic new figure and amaze fans around the world, who could not believe how trim she looked so soon after giving birth.

As it turns out, Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes are largely responsible for her new toned look.

Kim was spotted leaving a Studio City Pilates class, just days after posting pictures of herself looking trimmer and more toned than ever. The star looked fantastic in a tight black workout outfit, which emphasized her famous curves and made it clear she had lost a lot of baby weight.

Sporting a new blonde haircut, Kim emerged from the class with barely a hair out of place.

As well as regular Pilates classes, Kim has been using the Atkins diet to help her shed her post baby weight, and told her followers on Twitter that she is really loving her new healthy regime.

Kim decided to cut out carbs after struggling to lose weight on a balanced diet rich in protein and veggies, but since eliminating carbs and stepping up her Pilates regime, the pounds have dropped off and Kim is said to be very happy with her body and her new healthy living plan.
