Miranda Kerr’s fabulous body

Miranda Kerr recently let the world in on her beauty secret. Anyone who has seen recent pictures of the Australian model will know just how fit and toned she is looking at present and she was kind enough to share her methods.

Miranda revealed that she keeps in such fantastic shape by practicing yoga every morning, alongside Pilates classes in pilates classes pilates classes pilates classes and a healthy diet. These three things alone have allowed her to tone her already fabulous body to staggering effect.

The sensational model recently stripped off for a sizzling Victoria’s Secret photo shoot, where she posed in some very skimpy lingerie and it was evident that she had been putting in a lot of work because her body has never been more toned. The model posed with a washboard stomach and curves to die for as she frolicked in the sunshine for all to see.

Miranda has recently turned 29 and she revealed that, as she gets older, she is starting to pay more attention to her diet and exercise regime, in order to stave off the weight gain which so often comes with age. She told reporters that yoga and pilates classes were perfect because they are fairly low impact, kept the weight off and toned the muscles.

Not only does she make sure she gets in at least 30 minutes of yoga and pilates a day, but she also eats a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and few carbs, to ensure she stays slim – a combination which is certainly proving effective.
