Paris Loves Pilates

After gaining a few pounds this year, Paris Hilton complained of feeling ‘fat’ in her reality TV show. The blonde reality star decided enough was enough, and vowed to lose the extra weight in order to look fit and healthy in her bikini this summer. The 30-year old heiress decided on a simple diet and exercise regime in order to transform her body into a tanned, toned temple for the summer. The star told reporters:

“I’m eating a lean diet. Lots of fruits and vegetables.”

She claims her new diet gives her much more energy and has left her feeling much better in herself.

When it comes to exercise, Paris can’t get enough of Pilates. She told reporters that the popular exercise helps to keep her body very toned and young.
