Level 3 Pilates Instructor

My background is in dance. I trained at Bird College and performed in musicals in Germany and the UK. It is my experience that body awareness benefits physical, mental and emotional well-being.

I am therefore interested in helping people to strengthen the mind-body connection. The fast-pace of modern life can dim this down or cause it to become switched off. Thankfully, Pilates is a very effective tool for switching it back on and turning it up!


Really good feedback from the instructor and enjoyed the class; very relaxed style and great hands on assistance – useful pointers on technique; excellent teacher, confident and pleasant.
