Pilates has really helped me to improve my muscle tone, strengthen my core and keep flexible.
I joined Charlotte’s classes over 5 years ago and now it is a way of life.

The sessions are always well planned and Charlotte has a pleasant way to motivate and challenge us.
She also ensures we are doing our exercises properly!  I recommend pilates to everyone!

Pilates has been a life changer for me. Suffering from a bad back and neck following a severe sports accident, I felt pain virtually every day. Trips to an Osteopath helped somewhat but not sufficiently – I was advised I needed Pilates. I am 66 years of age and have been doing Pilates with Charlotte for about 4 years. This will be the longest period of time I have spent doing a specific exercise regime. The benefits have been so good, both mentally and physically.As an ex teacher myself Charlotte ticks all the boxes, she is enthusiastic, entertaining and very professional in her lesson presentation.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANKS from both of us for the effort you put into the last five days. You worked hard to inflict maximum pain and suffering on us all, which for some strange twisted reason was great fun!! We must be masochists to do it, but it was amazing to see everyone break through their own personal fitness ceilings and achieve more than they ever thought possible. I’m sure we have all benefited from the experience, even though we’re now knackered and need a few days in bed to recover!!

To anyone who has tried all conventional treatments for back pain with little or no success, I would highly recommend that you try Pilates. Having lost muscle tone and suffering from poor posture I am finding Charlotte’s classes are a gently way of mobilising joints and muscles without causing any discomfort.
