9:30am – 10:10am Pilates and Relaxation with progressions so suitable for all abilities
Tuesday 11:00am – 11:40am Gentle Pilates/Back Care Pilates
Wednesday 9:30am – 10:10am Pilates and Relaxation with the band – progressions so suitable for all abilities
(Please bring a band/bath towel/dressing gown cord)
6:30pm – 7:10pm Pilates and Relaxation using a band
(Please bring a band/bath towel/dressing gown cord)
8:00pm – 8:40pm Guided Meditation (suitable for beginners)
Thursday 11:00am – 11:40am Pilates and Relaxation (Please bring hand weights/tins of beans/water bottles)

9:30am – 10.10am Pilates and relaxation on the stability ball with progressions so suitable for all abilities
