Lisa Snowdon recently undertook a voyage of discovery when she flew off to the Caribbean island of Parrot Cay, where she indulged in a spot of Pilates in what is one of the most luxurious and exclusive holiday resorts, situated on a private island.

Lisa chose to visit Parrot Cay specifically to try out a new exercise regime. She wanted to try Pilates for the first time, hoping that she would be able to lose a little weight and further tighten up her already toned body.

Parrot Cay operates a fantastic exercise programme that takes place on the beautiful sandy shores of the private island. The regime Lisa undertook placed heavy emphasis on yoga and Pilates, which meant that she could not only lose weight but also gain peace of mind.

Lisa was lucky enough to stay in a beautiful beachfront villa during her stay. She even had her own butler and a golf buggy to make use of in-between her Pilates classes in Pilates classes pilates classes Pilates classes, along with her own private pool to cool down in after a hard slog on the mat.

Between Pilates classes and beachside yoga, she even had the opportunity to visit Hollywood superstar Bruce Willis’ Parrot Cay garden and Donna Karan’s beachfront home, but she surely deserved a break after her challenging Pilates classes and super healthy eating regime, which consisted of plenty of rice and quinoa.

Lisa managed to lose a massive 4 inches from her waist and 5lb of bodyfat during her stay at Parrot Cay simply by eating better and taking part in yoga, Pilates and kettlebell classes.
