We have a guest speaker who is a Reiki Master  who taught me about meditation and she will be guiding us through a meditation practice.

Recipes for healthly smoothies/lunch will be sent beforehand so you can have a fully indulgent  nurturing morning.  Get the fairly lights out and candles burning…

The hard decision to postpone classes had to be made after Government Advice on CoronaVirus and social distancing.
