Bollywood star starts off her working week with Pilates routine

Bollywood ‘Queen’ Kangana Ranaut, was snapped in New Delhi recently, showing off part of her Pilates routine.

Being a member of the Bollywood elite is glamorous and exciting, but is also fast-paced and potentially exhausting. The need to stay in shape for the cameras without burning out completely is a fine line to walk.

With a huge smile on her face, Kangana is seen next to her celebrity Pilates instructor Namrata Purohit, who released the image on her Instagram account along with the caption “#MondayMotivation done right”. The pair are seen performing impressive yet seemingly effortless splits, suggesting a long-held dedication to the discipline, along with gym work and yoga that she is known to love too.

Within a few hours, Kangana appeared outside the Pilates studio to waiting paparazzi and as her team says it was a shift in mood from work out done to work mode on. Kangana, it seems, has clocked the benefits of a physical and mental kickstart to the working week with her Pilates routine.

Later again, the star could be seen on Twitter with her nephew enjoying some family time showing the balance in training, work and downtime that’s vital for a good wellbeing.

People in Pilates classes all over the country from Blackburn to Burnley are discovering how Pilates can be an excellent addition to their workout routine, not only for physical health but mental health as well. When the body is treated and trained in this way, the health benefits can be far reaching and profound.
